How Booking Ninjas Support Works

Booking Ninjas support works through three main channels: Support Cases for tracked issues and requests, cadence calls for ongoing review, and WhatsApp or email for direct communication.

The channels can work together, but they have different jobs. If something needs investigation or follow-up over time, the Support Case should hold the formal record.

What Are the Main Support Channels?

Choose the channel based on what you need to accomplish. A quick conversation and a tracked support item are not the same thing.

ChannelBest ForWhat to Expect
Support CaseA specific issue, question, or request that needs tracking. One case keeps the details, evidence, updates, and follow-up connected.
Cadence callA wider review of open items, priorities, adoption, feedback, and upcoming needs.A scheduled weekly, monthly, or quarterly conversation based on the client’s chosen rhythm.
WhatsApp or emailA quick question, update, or coordination message.Direct communication through the Booking Ninjas Contact Center. It may wait when no team member is online.

Why Is the Support Case the Primary Tracked Channel?

A Support Case gives an issue a dedicated record. That matters when the team needs to investigate, ask follow-up questions, review screenshots or examples, coordinate work, or keep the history available after the first conversation.

Salesforce describes cases as records used to track and resolve customer questions, feedback, and issues. That same general principle is why Booking Ninjas uses the Support Case as the structured place for work that needs ongoing follow-up.

Simple rule: if the item needs to stay visible until there is a clear answer or next step, put it in a Support Case.

How Do the Channels Work Together?

You do not have to use only one channel. A client may send a WhatsApp message to flag a problem, then open a Support Case when the matter needs investigation. Important open cases can also be reviewed during a cadence call.

The useful distinction is where the detailed record lives. Direct messages help people communicate quickly. Cadence calls help teams review the bigger picture. The Support Case keeps a trackable issue from being lost between conversations.

What Can Require Separate Review?

Support helps with the live environment and the workflows already in use. A new workflow, integration, data migration, major configuration change, or additional development may be bigger than a normal support fix.

When that happens, the request should be reviewed before anyone assumes it belongs inside normal support. See What Happens When New Requirements Appear? and What May Require Additional Development?.
