Email confirmation is one of the early steps in the Booking Ninjas journey. After you click Start for free and complete the welcome survey, you may be asked to confirm your email address before continuing further. This step helps make sure that the email connected to your request is correct and that Booking Ninjas can send the right information to the right person. It is a small step, but it helps keep the rest of the process clear.


Why Email Confirmation Matters

Booking Ninjas uses your email to continue the early journey with you.

This may include sending instructions, giving access to the next step, or helping you move toward the client portal when it is available.

Confirming your email helps reduce mistakes, such as a misspelled address or an inbox that cannot receive important messages.

It also helps make sure that the person continuing the process is connected to the email used during the sign-up path.


When Email Confirmation May Happen

Email confirmation may happen after you complete the welcome survey or during the early sign-up flow.

The exact timing may depend on how you entered the process and what information has already been provided.

For example, if you started from the sign-up path and completed the required survey, the email confirmation step may appear before you receive further instructions.

The purpose is simple: Booking Ninjas needs a confirmed contact point before guiding you further.


What to Look For

If you are asked to confirm your email, check the inbox for the email address you used during the sign-up process.

Look for a message from Booking Ninjas with instructions to confirm or continue.

If you do not see the email right away, check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered folders. Some inboxes may sort automated emails away from the main inbox.

Also make sure you are checking the same email address you entered earlier in the process.


What Happens After You Confirm

After you confirm your email, you can continue to the next part of the Booking Ninjas journey.

This may include receiving instructions, continuing toward the client portal, or reviewing materials that help you better understand what comes next.

At this stage, you are still in the early evaluation and activation journey. Email confirmation does not mean your Salesforce org is ready yet. It simply helps confirm your contact information so the next steps can continue properly.


If Something Looks Wrong

If the email address is incorrect, or if you cannot find the confirmation email after checking your inbox and filtered folders, you may need to restart the step or follow the available instructions on the page.

The most important thing is to make sure Booking Ninjas has the correct email address for you.
