Why We Ask You to Complete the Survey
Booking Ninjas works with many different types of organizations.
Some manage rooms, properties, or rental units. Others manage facilities, services, programs, classes, memberships, appointments, staff, billing, or daily operations.
Because of that, the same path does not always make sense for everyone.

Choose the organization category and organization type that best describe your operation. If none of the options fit, choose Other and add a short explanation.
You do not need to make the answer perfect. A simple and honest answer is enough.
For example, if your organization manages both spaces and services, choose the option that best represents the main part of your operation. If your current setup is a mix of spreadsheets, older software, and manual processes, say that clearly.
The goal is not to judge your current setup. The goal is to understand it.
What Happens After You Complete the Survey
After you complete the welcome survey, you can continue with the next step in the sign-up process.
