Your Journey
Your Booking Ninjas journey is not meant to happen all at once.
There are a few early steps that help you understand the platform, share basic information about your organization, and move toward the right next step with more clarity.
At this stage, you may still be exploring Booking Ninjas, learning how it works, or deciding whether it fits your organization. That is completely normal. The early journey is designed to help you move forward step by step.
Where the Journey Begins
The journey usually begins when you click Start for free.
From there, you are guided into the sign-up path. This is where Booking Ninjas starts learning who you are, what kind of organization you represent, and what you may want help managing.
You do not need to have a full plan before starting. Basic information is enough.
For example, it helps to know what type of organization you manage, what your current setup looks like, and what problems you are trying to solve.
The Welcome Survey Helps Shape the Path
After you begin, you will be asked to complete the welcome survey.
The survey is a required step because Booking Ninjas works with many different types of organizations. Some manage properties or rooms. Others manage spaces, services, programs, memberships, appointments, billing, staff, or daily operations.
Your answers help Booking Ninjas understand which direction may make the most sense for you.
This does not lock you into one fixed path. It simply gives enough context to make the next steps more useful.
Email Confirmation Helps Keep Things Moving
After the survey, you may need to complete Email Confirmation.
This step helps make sure the email connected to your request is correct. It also helps Booking Ninjas send important instructions or next-step information to the right inbox.
If you are asked to confirm your email, use the same email address you entered during the earlier steps.
If you do not see the message right away, check your spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders.
The Client Portal Comes Later in the Journey
After the early steps are complete, you may be directed toward the client portal.
The client portal is where you can review helpful materials, understand more about Booking Ninjas, and continue preparing for the next stage.
It is not meant to overwhelm you. It is there to organize the information you may need before moving forward.
Inside the portal, you may find demo-oriented materials, next-step guidance, and actions that help you become more prepared before requesting a Salesforce org.
Requesting an Org Is a Later Step
A Salesforce org is an important part of the Booking Ninjas journey, but it is not the first step.
Before requesting an org, it helps to understand what the org is, why it matters, and whether your organization is ready for that next stage.
This is why the earlier steps exist. The sign-up path, welcome survey, email confirmation, and client portal all help prepare the context before an org request makes sense.
The goal is to make sure you are not moved into a system environment before the purpose of that environment is clear.
You Do Not Need to Rush
The journey is meant to help you build understanding as you move forward.
You can start with the basics, complete each required step, review the materials available to you, and then decide when you are ready for the next action.
If something is unfamiliar, that is okay. The Knowledge Center is here to explain the steps in plain language so you can understand what is happening and why it matters.
What You Should Do Next
If you are still at the beginning, start by completing the sign-up path and welcome survey.
If you already confirmed your email, watch for the next instructions.
If you have reached the client portal, review the materials there and use them to understand what Booking Ninjas is preparing you for.
Each step helps move you from early interest toward a better understanding of whether you are ready to request an org.
