Is the Client Portal the Same as a Salesforce Org?
No. The Client Portal helps you learn, review, and prepare. A Salesforce org is the working environment where Booking Ninjas can be set up and explored more directly.

The two serve different purposes. Reaching the Client Portal does not by itself mean that an org has been created or approved.
What Should I Review First?
Start with the main information shown to you. Then review the materials that are most relevant to your organization and the problems you want to solve.
You do not need to review everything at once. The portal is meant to help you build understanding step by step.

Will Every User See the Same Materials and Actions?
