What Should You Discuss During a Cadence Call?

A useful Booking Ninjas cadence call focuses on the few items that need attention now: open support work, operational feedback, priorities, and upcoming needs.

The goal is not to review every screen or every case. Use the meeting to create clarity about what matters, what needs a decision, and what should happen next.

What Should You Prepare Before the Call?

  • The Support Cases or open questions that need discussion.
  • Any recent issue affecting users or day-to-day operations.
  • Feedback from the people using the system.
  • Upcoming business changes that may affect the current setup.
  • Decisions or priorities that need the Booking Ninjas team involved.

A short list is usually better than a long agenda. Put the highest-impact items first so the meeting does not run out of time before the important decisions.

What Should the Call Cover?

  • Open items. What still needs attention and what changed since the last review?
  • Priorities. Which items matter most before the next cadence call?
  • Usage and adoption. Are users following the intended workflow, or is something creating repeated confusion?
  • Upcoming needs. Are new locations, workflows, integrations, reporting needs, or other changes coming?
  • Decisions and owners. Who is responsible for each agreed follow-up?

How Should Support Cases and New Ideas Be Handled?

If a specific issue needs investigation, create or keep a Support Case for it. The cadence call can discuss the priority and business impact, but the case is the better place for the detailed record and follow-up.

New ideas should start with the business need. A useful idea may turn out to be a simple question, a configuration change, an integration, or a larger new requirement. It should be reviewed before anyone assumes it belongs inside normal support.

Simple rule: discuss the priority in the call; keep the detailed support history in the case.

What Should Happen After the Call?

The useful outcome is a short list of agreed priorities, decisions, owners, and next actions. Trackable issues should remain in Support Cases. Larger requests can move into a separate review when needed.

If the client and Booking Ninjas discover that the current cadence is too frequent or not frequent enough, the rhythm can be revisited based on the support arrangement.
