Webinar: Using Artificial Intelligence to Streamline Property Management



We are just getting started now and today’s topic is about Artificial Intelligence. Streamline your Property Management business with AI. Although this topic may seem a little bit far-fetched, for some people, especially if you’re using legacy systems, we understand… But this is, at least, to tell you… to give you a little sneak peak about what to look forward to in the coming years and in the future for your business, for your guests, for your staff and your partners.

What we want to talk about is how you guys could think bigger about what you do on a daily basis and start acclimating, preparing your mind, to take advantage of these opportunities that we’re going to have ahead of us.

So let’s get into the content.

So, I’m going to share the screen. And we’re going to get into it.

Ok, so if people don’t know yet AI is here and is going to be here to stay and it’s just going to get more and more prevalent over and over the years. Essentially, what that means is that life will get smarter, guests' preferences are going to match their needs in a streamlined automatic way, staff’s goals and tasks are also going to get streamlined to be done in the most optimal way as well.

So, as you know most business processes now are completely digital, especially with the hotel business: reserving my reservation online, looking up where the hotel is, getting reminders through my email and text messages… And then just moving forward, I mean entering the room, I’m leaving, I’m checking out, I’m buying things, everything on a screen, digital.

So you’re taking the digital experience and bringing it to real life. You know, a new building, a new location and the mix of the two can be really awesome for yourself and also for your guests.

So, yeah, AI is here to stay and AI is here to increase revenues and increase efficiency. People think AI is going to take over the world, I want to stay away from that. As we’ve seen in the past, you gotta move with the velocity, instead of fight velocity, because you can’t velocity, it’s impossible. So, the earlier everyone starts to learn about this, the earlier people start thinking about the use cases, is when you’re going to take advantage of that. And that day starts now if it hasn’t started already.

So, essentially, AI is not threatening, don’t think about it as threatening. Just think about we, as humans, are the ones programming the AI. So we, as humans, are programming the AI to make things better for ourselves and use it as a really valuable and competitive tool.

So these are the numbers about how market revenues worldwide could be increased from that.

So, what are some areas where it can help? Let 's take a look.

Automatically sending messages to guests, reminders, feeling the sentiment of when and what and how. That’s definitely something that is the easiest use case. We could look at the history of the guest data, of the property data, of the market data, and say okay, this type of person will get that, and at this time and this type of message and this type of content for this type of sentiment.

Maintenance Requests. That’s also fairly easy as well, right? Because systems could have devices where things can detect the problem for you and then automatically send to the appropriate people to remedy those problems.

The next best action. As you know, our solution Booking Ninjas is a full blown property management solution built on Salesforce’s platform. The Salesforce’s platform has a layer inside which is called Einstein AI. One of the features that we can unlock for you is predicting the next best action based on behavioral analysis of the data. Obviously, in order for AI to work we need data for it to learn, keep feeding it things to learn. Once is learning, is going to be predicting the next best actions. And that doesn’t mean that you need to choose that, it is up to you. It’s just giving you a suggestion. It’s up to you if you want to take that suggestion or not. So, that’s another very valuable use case for so many different things. So, I want everyone to start thinking about that right now. What areas of their business would it be nice if a system can predict the next best action for that particular use case.

Einstein AI is what I mentioned earlier. So, yeah, that’s basically the situation. We can start embedding these things, the first step is to get migrated into the app, understand the capabilities, and then, slowly, just add one thing, another thing, another thing… And all of these things, your business is just going to be providing for you. You’re in the best position ever right now because you have this zone of opportunity. So, whatever you’re doing now is great. You have your hotel…Hopefully it’s working now or coming back to the levels… Or in some markets it’s coming back, in some markets, definitely far far away.

But you could start thinking about this stuff now, start talking to us, start asking us… You know, to give you a demo account to just try out, that’s free. We won’t ask you for anything.
