What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in US dollars. There is a conversion in Euros, British pounds and Brazilian real as well.
Do you offer discounts or free trials?
We offer discounts on some features. We can determine if a free trial is required after your demo. Schedule a demohere.
Will there be an automatic charge after the POC stage?
No, we won’t charge you automatically after the POC stage until you decide to activate your account.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept card payments (debit or credit) and mobile payments and electronic bank transfers.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, you are required to give a 60 days notice.
Are there any contracts, setup fees, or hidden fees?
No hidden fees. All fees and prices are listed and our pricing and payment procedure are completely transparent.
Can I add additional rooms or properties?
You may add additional units or properties to your package at any time. Upgrade your plan to increase units and properties which will be coterminous with the initial term or the renewal term, as the case may be.
What is your refund policy?
At Booking Ninjas we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for easy management of your business. You have a number of choices and we appreciate you giving us your business.
Once you activate your account after the POC and are fully subscribed, if at any time during your first month you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a workaround or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly cancel your subscription at the end of that month and downgrade your account.
The POC fees are non-refundable as you are not yet subscribed to our services.
How long does Implementation take?
With the client’s full cooperation, it usually takes 3 to 8 weeks.
How do I activate my account?
Once the POC phase is over, you will have the option to activate your account. An email will be sent to you and all you have to do is click the ‘ Activate’ button and you can begin your journey as a fully subscribed user of Booking Ninjas PMS.
Can I skip the POC and go straight to Activation (full subscription)?
Yes, if after your demo, you’d like to activate your account without a POC - you can do that. However, we always encourage our customers to follow our POC to Activation procedure as it is tested and trusted for optimum satisfaction with our product.
Is the full subscription a monthly or annual subscription?
Your subscription is an annual subscription. Payment can be made installmentally (split into 3 or 6 or 12) or paid at once based on what is preferable for you.
Does the system adapt to my local tax laws? Is it customizable?
Yes, the system is adaptable to your tax laws in different states/countries. Reporting features are also included to show records to respective local authorities if needed.
What languages does Booking Ninjas support?
We support Dutch, English, Finnish, French, Danish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Traditional Chinese. The system can be translated to other languages for your users.
