Ok, so, as you know, or may not know, that we are a company called Booking Ninjas and we provide property management solutions to the hospitality industry. The use case that we’ve been seeing recently and actually over the last couple of years was Non-profits.
So, today we’re going to talk a little bit about how Non-profits can benefit from property management solutions and maybe some use cases and other little details that could be interesting for NGOs and NPOs.

And first let’s start with the basics. What is a Non-profit software? It’s a soft… It will be an application program that will help Non-profits and charity organizations manage their day-to-day operations, fundraising, reporting, data collection and data processing.
Ok, the features. So here are some of the main features: accounting, security, prospect research data, digital marketing boost, automatic data reporting, email integrations, accessible mobile interface and customization options.
Inventory management, receiving donations and payments, online, ease and synchronization and then also accounting, updates reports, data analytics, constant support and customer loyalty.
Ok, so, let’s just think about how the Non-profits could use property management solutions and why would they even do so. So, we can think about this use case either until we answer the market, but essentially lot of Non-profits they either run some kind of programs for hosting patients, hosting patients’ families, giving medical discounts for medical treatments…
So, these are kind of use cases that we’ve been seeing, where even the Non-profit would own the real estate, own the lodge and would have to operate in a certain manner that is different than a typical for-profit property.
So, yeah, there are affordable options, of course, Non-profits deserve discounts and we are definitely one of the companies that give discounts to Non-profits. Ok, all-in-one software for property management, Non-profit management. So, I know that in Salesforce they have a Non-profit package that is specifically for helping Non-profits, you know, deal with the donors, manage donations and things like that.
So, it’s all in one affordable for Non-profits, many PMS are quite expensive from the start. Even with the Non-profits discounts, it’s still very expensive. But luckily, there are systems out there that the Non-profits need to recognize, there are affordable services and discounts for NPOs.
Ok, managing a Non-profit organization has been a unique challenge. Fortunately with the aid of technological breakthroughs there exist software solutions like Booking Ninjas to fill out almost every single need that you concern. So, we’ve been building this solution for a while, even if you’ve just heard about us now. You have to realize that we’ve been in the market for approximately seven years, coming up seven years soon. So, yes, we can do it. Yes, you have to believe that there is a better way to do things always. Always try to get better each day, it’s going to lead to awesome results, guys. Amazing results.
